3PL/4PL Distribution

Third Party Logistics, also known as 3PL, is the outsourcing of logistics and distribution from a first party (you) to an outside party (VoiceComm).

3PL by VoiceComm is the function by which the owner of goods (you, the client) outsources various elements of the supply chain to us so that we can perform the management function of your inbound freight, customs, warehousing, order fulfillment, distribution, and outbound freight to your customers.

Fourth Party Logistics, also known as 4PL, is where the first party does not only outsource the organization of its logistic tasks to a third party such as VoiceComm, but also the management thereof. Typically, a 4PL service provider often checks the entire supply chain.

The fourth party logistic role by VoiceComm demands intense involvement from the service supplier in the client’s business activities. Not only does the latter outsource the execution but also the monitoring of the logistic processes.
