Custom Product Packaging

The first impression you make on any potential customer is very important. Custom packaging is a quality way to display your product. Allow VoiceComm to enhance the appearance of your products and separate you from the competition with a unique insert card design.
Our custom packaging service is available for any product sold in bulk that doesn't already come retail packaged. When you place your product order with us we'll prepare and pack all your products in your unique packaging so they are ready for display right out of the box!
How do I get started?
- The first step of our service is working closely with one of our sales associates to develop your packaging's design specifications.
The design service fee starts at $150.
- No need to worry about packaging size. Our professional staff will make sure each product is prepared in the appropriate blister package, ensuring maximum product protection and presentation. » View our blister packages here.
- Fill out the form at the bottom of the page if you are interested in custom packaging and would like to be contacted by one of our sales associates.
What are the details of the design process?
- You provide us your logo (If no logo is available there will be an additional fee to create this. Ask your sales associate for more information. Other options are available.)
- You provide us all pertinent details needed. Your sales associate will guide you through this process.
- VoiceComm will provide up to three (3) design concepts within ten (10) business days for you to choose from.
- You then select a design and provide feedback or required changes.
Please note: There is a maximum of two (2) rounds of revisions.
- The final design will be provided to you for approval.
- You approve the final design by returning a signed approval form.
- VoiceComm will then place the order with printer.
Please note: Lead time can vary anywhere between two (2) to four (4) weeks.
What are the printed quantities to choose from?
- There is a minimum order of 1,000 insert cards accepted.
- You define your quantity needs. We can accomodate orders from 1,000 to 70,000 inserts.
What happens to my insert cards after they are printed?
VoiceComm will store your insert cards in our warehouse facilities. This allows us to have them on hand for fulfilling your product and packaging orders.
Don't worry, VoiceComm will manage your card stock inventory! We will inform you when your card stock is low and a re-order is necessary. (Appropriate reprinting fees will be applied.)

Are there payment terms?
- A 50% deposit or a prepayment required. Please consult with your sales associate for more information.
